This was a Chemplas Triskell System on a steel roof and cladding.

The existing plastisol sheets were beginning to peel in various areas and the client was also looking for the building to match the company colours of a recently built premises on the same site.

We cleaned down the existing roof and vertical sheet cladding sheets then we abraded any rust or peeling lap edges.

The Chemplas Triskell Steel System treatment was applied to the roof and cladding therefore saving the client 60% on the cost of re-sheeting or over sheeting the building.

The existing steel gutters had rusted though in various places and were beyond repair.

We then had new gutter sections specially made, and installed them in sections to the building.

Once this work had been carried out the client was left with a watertight roof, the company colours that he required to the cladding, and with a guarantee for 10 years.
