This was a new build project on a timber framed building with plywood gutters.

The gutters were designed to be stepped down to a falls.s

We fitted the Ampteam Unifold™ Gutter System which had to be specifically designed to fit the gutter.

The gutter was manufactured to each step, and then we installed the unit to all valley and parapet gutters.

Step ends and the rainwater outlets were also manufactured and installed on site.

A twenty year manufacturer’s guarantee was applied on completion.
