This contract involved a refurbishment of the asbestos roof and replacement of the GRP roof lights

The roof was cleaned down all within the Health & Safety at Work Act by pressure washing the existing asbestos cement sheets.

Then all necessary repairs were carried out to the broken and cracked sheets.

Then the Chemplas Triskell System was applied to the asbestos cement roof sheets with the Triskell two coat clear asbestos cement sealer system.

The existing GRP roof lights were degraded and had reached the end of their life expectancy so we replaced all the roof lights with Class 3, 8oz roof lights supplied by Brett Martin Daylight Systems.

We also carried out the Chemplas Triskell System to the internal vertical steel parapet.

We also refurbished 2 No. gutters with the Ampteam Unifold™ Gutter System and 2 No. were coated with the Isothane Polyurethane Gutter System.
