Refurbishment of existing steel roofs to the Police Training classrooms.

The existing steel roofs had over 50% of their plastisol coating peeling and were severely weathered.

The building is in daily use so particular attention had to be taken during the work process as noise was of particular concern to the client.

It was agreed that the cleaning process was to be carried out, out of normal working hours.

The areas in which sensitive work was being carried out it was agreed to carry out the works at agreed times.

Chemplas Triskell Treatment was applied to the steel roofs all to the colours agreed.

The gutters were cleaned out and were coated with the Isothane Polyurethane Gutter System. We also installed weirs long the gutters as required by the client.

The client was left with an upgraded building at 60% of the cost of re-roofing and the building being able to be used at all times.
